Return Eligibility
 
Our return policy is valid for three (3) days from the date of purchase. If more than three (3) days have passed, or if a shipping confirmation has already been issued, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
 
To qualify for a return:
 

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • Returns are accepted only for items received in error

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that were delivered as described

 
Digital products are ineligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping
 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount

 
All returns must include:
 

  • Proof of shipment

  • A valid tracking number
